Steps how to reproduce with "AOO 4.0.0-Dev – German UI / German locale
[AOO400m3(Build:9702) - Rev. 1503709 (2013-07-17) ]" on German German WIN7
Home Premium (64bit)", Common 4.0-dev User Profile:
1. Download / unzip attached test kit, create a copy of
"SampleLibO333_OO311_B.odg"
2. Open "SampleLibO333_OO311_B.odg" with AOO 4.0 and Copy with OOo 3.1.1
3. Compare:
Copy looks fine in OOo 3.1.1 (has been created with that or a similar
version
"SampleLibO333_OO311_B.odg" looks destroyed, drawn elements seem at wrong
Place, main reason is that background.tiff is distorted.
Additonal Info:

a) Compare Crop dialogs you reach from Context menu of rightclick picture.
Scaling shows only half the value in AOO 4.0
b) Not a new bug, same withAOO 3.4.0
c) LibO 4.0.2 also affected
d) When you break the link in 3.1.1, save document under new name and reopen,
you will see a similar damage. So this one might be related to or DUP of
"Bug 36808 - Weird bug with cropped & linked images"?
