OOo1.1.5 had a toolbar "Main Toolbar". This had been removed from UI and its
items were moved to other toolbars. But there are still parts in the code,
which refer to this now not existing toolbar. The RIDs and values show up in
Pootle and produce irritations.
I cannot judge, whether those parts are still needed in the core.
