I tested a couple of documents after I disabled the extensions and everything seems to be fine. I think that they may have also caused AOO 4.x to crash on editing and saving. I'll enable the extensions one at a time to see which one caused the crash. I may even get brave enough to try Calc, etc. FYI, before I disabled the extensions, AOO crashed while trying to recover one of the documents.
