Check the attached sample file, which is generated by xfstyle_format.py from
http://www.simplistix.co.uk/presentations/python-excel.pdf
Both Excel for Mac 2011 and LibreOffice 4.1 gives a reasonably thick borders.
Borders given by OpenOffice 4.0 is rendered too thick.
