On the Spanish build the translated function names sometimes have accents and
sometimes not:

Following discussions on ES mailing list and forums, the proposal is to
eliminate accents from all functions.
A second standardization is about the use of the dot. For example, on ES locale
we have ES.IMPAR_ADD but also ESIMPAR, ESPAR and ESPAR_ADD: here, the proposal
is to change the last ones to ES.IMPAR, ES.PAR and ES.PAR_ADD
