I know they love to have happy customers and it has been a pleasure since Dragon dictates directly into the document instead of a dictation window so I bet they would help out somehow. While using Open Office 4.0 Dragon stays in the command mode somehow. It keeps saying "Please say that again" Commands such as "click file" are misinterpreted as "click start". So I think that there is some sort of mix up between how the modes are handled between command and dictation. Not that I know much. It just seems that the commands are not getting interpreted. It hears but not quite. However it still can easily detect commands. The Dragon end of it seems to work perfectly for dictation into Notepad or when speaking into the dictation box for the search on the Windows start menu. Sorry for being so wordy. (I forgot I could magnify the screen to 200%) Hope that helps.
