This started after last update to 4.0.0
Screen is garbled after scrolling up/down. refreshing by zoom level fixes until
scroll again.
However this only happens after I make any changes to the file.
If I open the file and scroll up/down, no prob. as soon as I make a change then
the scroll garbles the screen.
It adds horizontal lines about a few pixels thick and I cant see maybe 4 to 10
rows at random.
Also minimizing and maximizing the screen also fixes.
