Steps how to reproduce with "AOO 4.1.0-Dev – English UI / German locale -
[AOO410m1(Build:9750) - Rev. 1516435 2013-08-24]" on German WIN7 Home
Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile:
0. In menu 'Tools -> Options -> OO -> General' check "Use OO Open/Save dialogs"
1. From AOO Start Center menu 'File -> Open'
2. if Necessary browse until you are in a folder contaning documents
3. Click on a document what can be opened with OOo (for example an .odt)
> selected document becomes highlighted
4. <Help> button
Expected: "File - Open" Help
Actual: Help "OpenOffice Writer Help"

a) Strange: you will reach correct help if you skip step 3
b) Still worked fine in OOo 3.3.0
c) already reproducible with AOO 3.4.0, REGRESSION
