Mark localized strings
There is a bug in the Presenter Screen configuration schema: localized string
in the data file (xcu) are not marked as such in the schema (xcs).
This didn't show up before, because the strings were not localized in the
pre-registered extension in 3.4.* (the Presenter Screen has always en-US
strings despite changing the office locale).
