Scrolling often breaks down when sheets are split and parts or frozen. E.G.
when the cursor is in the right side panel the left side does not follow, or
when scrolling horizontally within the right side only a few cells follow and
all the rest remain static making the sheet impossible to view. The only
solution is to move the cursor to column A and perform a couple of "page ups"
to realign everything.
This did not happen in version 3.
