--- Comment #2 from drweird <[email protected]> --- This fails to immediately inform the user that what he is looking at is, e.g. Default+expand 0.3pt vs. Default. My enhancement request does not deal with how to get Default+bold, but how to know at a glance that the formatting has changed. It is a request for a display of information, not how to create a style. The new sidebar automatically selects what style you are using, and you can see what attributes in addition to the base style you have. It does take up a lot of desktop real-estate, however; especially for those of us without HD displays. Thus, my request is to have a display of attributes in addition to the base class on the toolbar, for those situations, not in which you wish to create some effect, but in situations where a heavily-edited document may or may not have the cursor on text that is adequately described by simply displaying the base style in the style box. I do not consider this request to have been adequately addressed by this quick dismissal. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. You are the assignee for the bug.
