After some study it seems that by removing certain elements in de DOC (using Word 2003) solves the problem, ie. removing a figure, or removing the footer. I add 2 attachments as example : * Badcopy.doc with the error * goodcopy(nofigure).doc is a copy of badcopy.doc but figure removed...
