--- Comment #3 from Chris <[email protected]> --- Unable to reproduce the reported bug as I was unable to force a crash of OOo so that it would go into recovery mode. Steps to attempt replication: 1. Document created in Open Office and saved as .odt file. 2. Two documents were created with varying file sizes. a. Document 1 has simple text b. Document 2 has unicode 3. Completed the following steps with both documents: a. double clicked the file to open for Windows Explorer b. use file open process and located files and double clicked c. opened and closed each file individually d. opened both files and closed both files consecutively e. closed both files via Task Manager f. added content to each file and saved g. completed a saved as function and renamed files h. sent the files as an attachment to an email address and opened the files from the attachment i. closed each file without saving using the “x’ to close 4.
