However ,I rechecked this defect in RC3 build(r1523756 )If we compare the same behavior with other editors eg : word-pad or msword. You will see two different approaches for switching.In word pad ,user is restricted to select bullets or numbers and ms word provides the opportunity to switch the highlighted number and bullets which counters Therefore,either the UI(highlighting) or functionality need to be improved.
