Document file illustrating the bug
The diacritic placed besides a base char appears in two places; once in the
intended place, and the other as-if the positioning did not take place.
The text is rendered properly in Worldpad
(http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&id=WorldPadDownload)
and also Libreoffice.
The attached .odt file illustrates the bug.
