            Bug ID: 123423
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: when shrinking an image anchored "as character", the
text below is not adjusted to the new size
           Product: Writer
           Version: 3.4.1
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: formatting
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]

Steps to reproduce:
- insert an image in a document
- change it's anchoring to "as character"
- write some text immediately below the image (in a new paragraph)
- resize the image, making it smaller

Behaviour: the text below remains in the same position, so that there is a big
space between the image and the text now (bigger than the formatting specifies
it)

Expectation: the text should move "up", and be placed below the image, with the
same spacing as before the resizing. The text is correctly placed in two cases:
1/ when the document is closed and reopened
2/ when a character is written immediately after the image (in the same
paragraph)
