[email protected] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #2 from [email protected] --- I replicated the bug on my Windows Vista, using OpenOffice version 4.0.0 (AOO400m3(Build:9702)), Google chrome version 30.0.1599.69 and Internet Explorer version 8.0.6001.19458. These are the first set of steps I took to replicate the bug: 1.Open OO Writer 2.Open Google chrome 3.Search 'flower' on google.com 4.Clicked on “Images” 5.Saved first flower image I saw as a .jpeg 6.Go back into OO Writer and clicked insert->picture->from file The picture pasted without a problem. See attached document ‘writerthengoogle’. I decided to try to replicate it again but instead of saving the photo as a .jpeg and inserting it, I just copied and pasted the same flower picture from Google chrome. 1.Open OO Writer 2.Open Google chrome 3.Search 'flower' on google.com 4.Clicked on “Images” 5.Copy first picture I saw 6.Go back into OO Writer and paste The picture didn't paste, instead I got an error box. See attached document ‘writerthengoogle’. I then took both sets of steps I listed above but opened Google chrome first and then opened OO Writer. I had the exact same results as I did when opening OO Writer before Google chrome for both sets of steps. See attached document ‘googlethenwriter’ I then tried to replicate using Internet Explorer. I took these steps: 1.Open OO Writer 2.Open Internet Explorer 3.Search 'flower' on google.com 4.Clicked on “Images” 5.Saved first flower image I saw as a .bmp 6.Go back into OO Writer and clicked insert->picture->from file Once again, I was able to paste the image without any problems. I then tried to simply copy and paste the picture right from Google using Internet explorer using the following steps: 1.Open OO Writer 2.Open Internet explorer 3.Search 'flower' on google.com 4.Clicked on “Images” 5.Copy first picture I saw 6.Go back into OO Writer and paste I still got an error message. It looks different then the one I received in the previous replications though, see attached document ‘internetexplorer’. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
