I am not sure if it is related to the error here or not. I downloaded the Find-Replace.odt file from this bug report and followed its steps, but did not encounter an error. So, I held Control+Z to undo all the changes because I was going to try and run through the steps again in case I missed something. Instead I encountered a different error which can be seen in the png attachment. It seems to have removed some text from item 4 in that list and it also did not return the strings in the table to their original form. The OS I used for this was Windows 8.
