That is not the case in FORECAST(C2:I2;B3:B8;C3:J8) In case FORECAST(C2:I2;B3:B8;C3:C8) the formula is treated as if you have used FORECAST(C2;B3:B8;C3:C8) and FORECAST(D2;B3:B8;C3:C8) and FORECAST(E2;B3:B8;C3:C8) and so on. That is the same kind as using for example =B38:F38*A39 as matrix formula.
