Open Office 4.0.1 Error

Occurs on exit from any spreadsheet and any document every time.
Same in 4.0.0. Didn't get this on OO 3.4.1.
Windows XP SP3
Documents appear to be saved OK. Not causing any lost work.
Memory address changes each time
