file from test suite
The file "paths-data-20-f.svg" from "SVG 1.1 Second Edition test suite"
(download see URL) is drawn wrongly. The test is about parsing the sweep and
large-arc flags in regard to comma, whitespace and invalid values.
The test would pass, if there were no red.
