1. Open Impress's Presentation Wizard. (By default, opening Impress will bring
this up.)
2. Select "From template".
3. Move to the list of templates (not the list of categories).
Result (correct): A focus event is fired on the selected item.
4. Press down arrow to select a different item.
Expected: A focus event should be fired on the newly selected item. The
previously selected item should lose the focused state and the newly selected
item should gain it.
Actual: No focus event is fired. The focused state remains on the previously
selected item. Interestingly, the newly selected item does gain the selected
state and the previously selected item loses the selected state.
Impact: Screen reader users can't select an item using normal methods.
