The AOO baseline for building on Windows is currently MSVC2008. The older
runtime DLLs msvc*70 and msvc*71 were from MSVC2003 and msvc*80 was from
MSVC2005. They are currently only used to keep the ancient Seamonkey 1.1.14
binary running. When that binary is no longer needed (task 123623) then the old
runtime DLLs can also be removed.
Getting rid of the old and unmaintained DLLs improves security, removes bloat
and clears one more hurdle for passing app-store requirements (task 119946).
