Test case

When working with a spread sheet containing multiple rows it would be very nice
to merge them. It is possible with formulas but provides a poor user
experience. We have a "Merge Cells" button which merges ALL text into one cell,
but it would be nice to have a "Merge Columns" button which keeps the data
uniform by merging each row individually. Test Case included. Sheet 1 = data to
test, Sheet 2 = merge columns (which doesn't work for this case), and Sheet 3 =
What I would like to see.

In Excel 2013 it is also possible to merge columns delimited by a character
which would be a nice feature to have as well.
