Page numbers with 'i', 'ii', etc are capitalized upon insertion.
To reproduce:
(1) Set formatting to lower (i, ii, iii, ...)
(2) Insert -> Field -> Page Count
Right clicking in the foooter, highlighting the page number, and choosing
"change case" does not help.
Ubuntu 13.04 (x64):
