This one is a spin off from "123692 - Add Commands: Too big 'Collapse - Expand'
icons too close to drive/folder icons", description please see in that original
report (a1): Folder / Drive icons follow more close behind 'Collapse - Expand'
icons than in menu 'Tools -> Macros -> Organize -> OO Macros'. This difference
is already visible in OOo 2.0.3. Looks better in 'Tools -> Macros -> Organize
-> OO Macros', should be unified to that standard.
