Open with Writer 4.0.1 -> Crash
As reported on the users list, Writer (4.0.1 on Windows/Mac/Linux) crashes when
trying to open the attached docx file, named "Holiday Songs 2012".
I didn't check whether the file is a valid docx file, but still the crash
shouldn't happen.
