Writer crashes on trying to insert any index (alphabetical, TOC, illustration
etc.). Platform - Windows XP SP3. N.B. This is not consistent, sometimes, it
inserts index and crashes, sometimes, it crashes before inserting index. This
problem has been confirmed on the following platforms
Windows XP SP3
Windows XP SP2
Windows 7
I checked it myself
