--- Comment #4 from juanmpd <[email protected]> --- Finally we have narrowed down the factor that makes this 'behaviour/bug' to appear. The https server presents a server certificate that is not valid for this domain, and is not trusted. We have changed it for a good one, and make the clients trust the new certificate, and the problem has disappeared. It is strange, though. We have been unable to reproduce it on other servers apart from the customer's. The truth is we have not reproduced the exact environment: customer server runs Jboss on Linux, while we tried to reproduce it on Jboss on Windows. Also, the error shows also in OO3.2, not only OO3.4, but in OO3.2 the error message is more explicit (it complains about the ssl negotiation); Microsoft Office opens it without problems. But, as I said, we reproduced it only with our customer linux server. When we tried to setup a https webdav server (in windows) with an untrusted server certificate, OpenOffice performed as expected in such a situation: it complained about the certificate, but asked us to continue or cancel. I'm sorry, but I can not give a way to reproduce this problem, so you could investigate. But maybe someone finds useful this information. By the way, maybe the subject of this issue should be corrected... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. You are the assignee for the bug.
