Best way is to insert your screenshots into a DRAW document and to add comments that explain what you want to show e) What exactly did you do with the document? you can't save it as .docx, so you closed it without saving the change? Please contribute a clear step by step instruction containing all observations (error messages ...), EVERY key press and EVERY mouse click how to reproduce the problem, f) add information f1) what EXACTLY is unexpected f2) and WHY do you believe it's unexpected (cite Help or Documentation!) f3) concerning your PC (HDD, Flash Drive?
