I do not see this one as CONFIRMED, some more research will be required. So
currently it's completely unclear what expected behavior due to Help is. I
think only lines only containing an empty field should be suppressed. In
reporter's screenshot it seems that his problem is that above "Ash Line" there
is an empty text line? Ewin's screenshot shows something completely different.

Can one of you please create and attach a test document with pseudo address
fields based on biblio database so that we can easily do the same tests?
