Sample Document
This document contains a table (Name "Department") what can not be edited.
None of my WIN OOo, AOO, LibO versions can edit that table. Reason seems to be
missing primary key (see Comment 5).
I still think that that simply is a damaged document, my base knowledge is too
poor to find out how to repair.
Interesting question is whether we have a vulnerability of Base what can be
fixed.
