This is a feature request. It would be useful in a shared hosting environment
to be able to use the pipe connecter to create a domain socket somewhere other
than /tmp.
I propose that if the name component of the acceptor string is a path (i.e. it
contains separator), it is treated as filename specifying where to put the
socket.
