OK. I thought about it and maybe it isn't a problem. This was before I
discovered the advantages of the Paste Special.

Copying the table into another file included the formatting. The formatting
included the Range Name. The only options to exclude/include when pasting are:
text, numbers, date & time, formulas, comments, formats, and objects. Unless
the range names is included in one of these, there is no way to not transfer
them when pasting into another file.

But then, as you pointed out, you can use the Range Name Organizer to edit out
the name in the new file.

Problem solved. As long as I remember how to do it.
