The AOO codebase contains several empty makefiles such as
main/lucene/version.mk
main/sc/source/core/inc/makefile.mk
main/sc/source/filter/inc/makefile.mk
main/sc/source/ui/inc/makefile.mk
main/solenv/inc/sc.mk
main/solenv/inc/scpre.mk
Keeping them around doesn't make sense.
