Summary: OO Writer sometimes crashes directly after opening, or
after a few minutes. I have LITTLE computer knowledge
& I need to format all my old MS Word docs into OO
because I don't have MS permission to run MS Office on
my Laptop running Vista HP Help

OO crashes upon opening or after a few minutes. I need to reformat all my old
MS Word docs into OO so that I can work on them. I have a Toshiba Satellite
Laptop w/Vista HP. OO keeps crashing every time I open it, or soon after.
Sometimes it stays stable for 15min or so & then crashes which freezes up the
entire computer & the only way to unfreeze is to reboot. This is EXTREMELY
annoying & I wish that you can provide a specific solution. HELP. Thanks so
much.
