Steps how to reproduce Reproducible with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev
– English UI / German locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750) - Rev. 1558977 -
2014-01-18]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile:
1. Do server installation
2. Launch.
> One oft the first steps will show a message as Attachment 82224
for Bug 123976, what mentions a License Agreement.
3. [Next] until Stat Center appears
Expected: License agreement
Actual: No License agreement during first launch

(a) May be the Test in Message is outdatd?
(b) But due to <http://www.openoffice.org/download/common/instructions.html>
"When you first run Apache OpenOffice after a successfully installing"
there should be a license agreement
