My emails take me an hour longer than they used to. I used to write stories, I now don't. I was writing a book, I have given up. All this when we downgraded to open office, and more. My thoughts like those of many come through muddled and need re-ordering after the inital recording process. Doing this without outline edit is a time consuming and confusing process. The idea of flipping through various mind mapping technologies, and indeed learning their idioms and tool-sets fills me with fear (I am already clogged up with c#, php, html, javascript and several other coding languages, concepts, and GUI interfaces that are in themselves constantly re-shaping etc.). Formatting also becomes harder, as outline editing allows you to choose your heading styles, and automatically these are reproduced as you promote and demote certain text/headings etc. Think in terms of HTML where <h1> is always of a certain format and <h2> another. It makes life easy. Please add this functionality, and make me recommend your product, which is otherwise great.
