1)Open OO writer .Goto Properties navigation view present in right side->Goto
Text section abd click on character spacing button
2)Now in Custom group, there is a spinbox 'Change By', inside that spinbox put
mouse cursor in the last position and press 'up' arrow to increase the value
Error Noticed:
When input cursor is on right position,only then user can increase or decrease
the spin value. If cursor is some other position apart from this ,user cannot
change the value.
