I have uncovered a bug in openoffice on windows 7, 64 pro
Openoffice 4.0.0
steps to reproduce:
(1) make a table with 3 rows and 3 columns (maybe other numbers would work as
well)
(2) merge the top row's cells
(3) select a column beneath that merged row, and delete it.
expected result: column is deleted
actual result: openoffice crashes and loses all unsaved changes.
workaround: delete odd-matched rows before deleting columns
