Everything has been discussed on the dev list at length, so wiki and forum are definitely not ignored. The following 5 people are managing the wiki and forum: jani (with full privileges), arist, imacat, jsc, pescetti (with more limited privileges, but enough for a quick restart or urgent actions). The list of pending actions is at the link I posted above.
