Crash dump details when writer crashes.
When attempting to print any document written with AOO 4.01 writer, the
application crashes. The issue occurs if attempting to use a USB-connected HP
C5180 multi-function printer or to print to PDF (selected via the OSX print
dialog box). If the document is saved for example, as an RTF rather than ODT,
other applications such as Pages, Textedit and so on can print to the attached
printer or to PDF without issue.
