But I guess it is this problem: PowerPoint knows an action "to last seen slide", which brings you back to the last slide in the history order. Apache OpenOffice does not have this action (missing feature) and therefore it is replaced with the action "to previous slide", which is the previous slide in the slide order. There is a general request for implementing a history for hyperlinks in bug 5608.
