The LICENSE file we distribute with 4.0.1 is complete and contains all the
expected notices, but the facility to show it from the OpenOffice GUI (Help -
About - License) cuts it at 65535 characters.
The full file should be displayed, or a workaround found by version 4.1.
No other implications, since the file is complete, only the display is broken.
