Simple dialog with a Frame Control
When designing a dialog with the IDE, the title of a Frame Control is written
thinner than on a label control or a button control. This is less readable.
When the dialog is running the aspect of the title appears identical with other
controls.
Anomaly confirmed by various users on Apache OpenOffice 4.0.1 with Windows 7,
Ubuntu, OsX 10.9.1.
Anomaly also observed on Apache OpenOffice 3.4.1 (and LibreOffice 4.1) with
Windows 7.
