It looks like a timing problem for me. OO loads some of the JPEGs into the document and then stops loading and presenting the file-address instead. If you click this address, the JPEG is loaded. I will try to use another PC, install OO 4.0.1 and then create the file again from zero-level. Hopefully it works then. I think I cannot use OO 3.3.0 and 4.0.1 on the same PC at the same time.
