Archive with .svg graphic and .odg file with link
Open the attached zip archive and load the .odg document. It has nothing but a
linked .svg graphic. Try to do something, for example scroll up and down, shift
the graphic using the mouse, shift the graphic using arrow keys, resize the
graphic using the mouse. All actions are so slow, that normal working is not
possible.
The .svg graphic is an export from GeoGebra Version 4.4,
http://www.geogebra.org/. GeoGebra is very popular in education, therefore such
graphics are not unusual.
