checkboxes) to LO template, after mailmerge using LO
template all checkboxes are lost. The checkboxes
appear in the template, but not in the resulting

Using LO 4.2. Checkboxes do not appear in merged documents. Converted Word
template .dot document (form that contains many checkboxes) into a Writer
template. Writer template displays checkboxes but after completion of
mailmerge, checkboxes do not appear in merged documents.
