--- Comment #1 from M Shindler <[email protected]> --- In ver 3.1 I had embedded OLE spreadsheet files composed of a range of cells mapped to a chart. I could double click on the imbedded chart in Impress, edit the cells, and the value change would be reflected in the chart right inside of Impress. Today I upgraded to 4.0.1, opened the Impress file and could not longer edit the spreadsheet and have the chart updated automatically. I ended up deleting the OLE objects, and recreating the OLE link to the spreadsheet and selected 'link to file'. I could still not make changes to the cells and have those changes reflected in the chart graphic. I could however modify the spreadsheet file and then update links in Impress. That works. It was more convenient to modify the cells/chart in Impress than having to work with the spreadsheet files directly, but as a work around I'll do that for now. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
