The "T" seems to be from <dc:date> parameter in meta.xml of documents. When I modify the date in <dc:date> in meta.xml and replace the "T" by a space, tooltip will show space. But currently I think (but do not know) that current <dc:date> contents is correct. But I think it's unclear in tooltip, a blnak would be a much better separation between date and time. I am a litle worried about Comment 2, but who can know what document Edwin tested? The view in Tooltip is related to the document, not to the installed AOO version.
